The below procedure outlines how we work with you to renew your SSL certificate before expiration:
- Our billing team sends you an invoice 30 days before expiration.
- When you pay the invoice, it sends a support ticket to the Provisioning Team, who renews your SSL certificate.
- No further action is required on your part unless you are renewing a premium or EV SSL certificate, in which case the Provisioning Team will contact you for additional information before renewal.
